Chinatown Windows 2016 (6 Photos)
ByIt had been my plan to post only one photo at a time on this blog, so that I could create a portfolio of sorts, and to allow my posting larger images. (My photos aren’t meant to be viewed small.) But after 1,000 posts, I’ve realized that I have waaaaaaaay too many photos to post that way. I’ve also begun to create separate portfolio galleries, which can be viewed from the menu above.
With that in mind, here are some photos I took in Washington, D.C.’s Chinatown neighborhood in 2016 that feature people in windows. More of my thousands of Italy shots to come (sigh).

You mean the 1st photo? Thanks, by the way. 🙂

Yes. But then I saw the rest.
I’m trying to catch up in the reader. My interest is already fading…

I didn’t mean my interest was fading with your posts. Just someone who bombed the reader with about 30 posts. I had to scroll down quite a way before I reached anybody else’s posts.

Oh yeah, I understand you didn’t mean me. It’s just a shame trying to read posts has to be tedious. I delete selfish people like that.

I don’t have the best attention span as it is.

Or set of captures, rather.

Excellent idea. You’ve inspired me to become more organised and sort my photographs into categories like this. I should also do more “windows’ shots…..the automatic framing adds another dimension to people photography.

I’ve been looking at what I shoot lately and just realized that I seem to have recurrent “themes.” I guess I never noticed before, but it makes handling them easier.

I know what you mean…..I seem to have a lot of pictures of people riding bicycles. (although I say ‘people’, girls seem to be over-represented. I must work to correct that imbalance. 🙂

Sounds balanced enough to me. 🙂

Thank you! I love the restaurant in that first shot. It seems to be made for street photography. It used to be a Psychic’s shop, so I wonder if the people know I’ll be coming along and taking their photo. 🙂
